For Sick Leave
Dear Sir/ Madam,
With due respect I
would like to inform you that I am suffering from heavy/ acute fewer/ nausea/
stomachache. My doctor has suggested me
to take rest for 2 days/ 3 days.
I therefore
requested you to kindly grant me leave from 29th April- 1st May 2013
(or as per your need). I would resume work on 2nd May 2013. For this I
would be obliged to you.
